To handle all project-related activities – including studies, steering, functional architecture, technical aspects and developer support – across all Bouygues Telecom's fixed and mobile service platforms.

Our response

A turnkey solution

We established a unified, multi-skilled team of experts, including engineering and technical project delivery capabilities, to meet the needs of Bouygues Telecom's Technical Fixed and Mobile Service Platform Division. Aligning our activities with Bouygues Telecom's in-house structure, we addressed a range of issues including live IPTV, VOD, catch-up, CDN, the recommendation engine, Netflix integration, content curation and the offer engine, carrying out studies, steering and methodology activities.


Creating an external centre of excellence

Our proposal was to set up a full-time team of 20 people, based in secure premises at Niji's offices in Paris and Rennes, to provide fluid, responsive, multi-disciplinary capability. Through regular discussions with the client, we were able to work alongside Bouygues Telecom's in-house teams, either in person or via video-conferencing link. We also linked up with the carrier's service platform providers to offer a reliable, secure, end-to-end solution.

The result
A dual mission with study and technical implementation phases, involving a team of 20 people helping Bouygues Telecom's in-house teams to implement their annual plan and involving both existing and future systems.
